How did The Jazoma Plan come together?

The Jazoma Plan was created by Jana H. Leitner, a Wife and Mother of three, to empower families during the most difficult of times. After her Husband nearly died in a horrific accident, Jana never wanted anyone else to worry about the location of important family information during times of grief, stress and uncertainty.

Jana formed The Jazoma Plan, LLC and hand picked an experienced team of executives who shared her passion for family, community and service. The Jazoma Plan then partnered with Palm Beach Software Design, and works with technology vendors such as Microsoft and, in order to deliver a cutting edge, accessible, secure service.

The Jazoma Plan is proudly headquartered in Palm Beach County, Florida, and is certified as a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB).

What is the meaning of "Jazoma" in The Jazoma Plan?

“Jazoma" was created from a combination of letters from the names of Jana's children.  The Jazoma Plan was formed to help families during the most difficult of times, and the name “Jazoma" is really a tribute to all families.

How can I access and edit The Jazoma Plan Online? is compatible with all computers and devices with an internet connection, including a Windows PC, Mac, iPad, Android Tablet, Kindle Fire, iPhone, or Android Phone. Of course, you need your Username and Password to access your plan.

How do I know my data is secure?

We treat your data with the same care as confidential medical and financial information. Our servers are PCI compliant, and are located in the Terramark building in Miami, FL. This building is built to take a nuclear hit, as well as category 5 hurricanes, and has plenty of diesel generators to keep things running for a long time in the event of a major storm. All personal data is stored in the cloud with Microsoft Azure cloud services, which offers industry leading levels of security, privacy and reliability.

Is The Jazoma Plan a legal document or a legal service?

No, The Jazoma Plan (Online Subscription and Personal Workbook) is not a legal document or legal service, and is not a substitute for a valid will prepared by a qualified attorney. It is, however, an indispensable aid for family and friends during the most difficult of times.

Can I have The Jazoma Plan Workbook private labelled (customized) for my company, school, charity or cause?

Yes!  The Jazoma Plan Workbook can be customized to include your logo, information and other pages, and even contain a customized front cover.  Volume discounts are available, and our Design Professionals will work with you to create a customized, professional, private labelled book.  Please contact our Sales Department ( for more information and pricing.

How do you ship orders?

All workbooks are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. A tracking number is provided via email. You may also log into your account at any time to view shipping status and tracking information.  Sorry, no international orders are accepted at this time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, VISA and Discover cards. We also accept PayPal. Sorry, we do not currently accept any crypto currencies, and we do not accept personal checks.

What happens if there is a shipment issue with my order?

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Customers who purchase any Online Subscription may cancel their subscription without penalty or additional obligation only if the following two (2) conditions are both met:

1] The request for cancellation is received by The Jazoma Plan within five (5) calendar days after the Purchase Date of any Online Subscription; and

2] The Customer has NOT printed and/or saved a copy of their online plan.

Requests for cancellation may be sent to The Jazoma Plan via any method listed on the Contact page.

If both of the conditions above are met, the cancellation will be effective on the date the request for cancellation is received by The Jazoma Plan, and a refund in full will be processed within five (5) calendar days.  Refunds will only be issued to the same method of payment used on the original purchase.

If one or more of the conditions above are not met, Customers are not entitled to any partial or full refund.

What is the Return Policy?

Customers who purchase The Jazoma Plan Personal Workbook(s) may return the Workbook(s) without penalty within five (5) business days after receipt. Workbook(s) must be returned in original, unused, unopened condition.  Customers wishing to return Workbook(s) should contact The Jazoma Plan (click here for our Contact page) and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #), which will be emailed to the Customer. Workbook(s) should then be shipped, at the Customer's expense, to the following address (please include the RMA #):

After receipt of the returned Workbook(s), The Jazoma Plan will issue a credit to the Customer's original payment method equal to the purchase price of the Workbook(s), less Shipping & Handling charges. Said credit will be issued within five (5) business days after receipt by The Jazoma Plan of the Workbook(s) in original, unused, unopened condition. Any Workbook(s) returned to The Jazoma Plan, LLC without an RMA #, or not in original, unused, unopened condition, will not be eligible for a credit, and will not be returned to the Customer.
